How do you declare for the NBA Draft?

I know all the rules and age restrictions, but I want to declare for the NBA Draft next year even though i know i won’t even be remotely looked at. I want to declare for fun.

Who knows, you could be picked up late and be the Tom Brady of the NBA (I don’t like him, but I’m referring to the fact that he was picked up late and is a star now.) Probably not though. Haha. Um sorry I wasted a space on this question but I’m not exactly sure.
