ESPN Early Trimester Awards

Espn’s Mark Stein has evaluated the first 1/3 of the NBA season and given out his awards. A lot of things he has said I agree with. He has Steve Nash as the West MVP. He has Ben Gordon as the sixth man. I do not agree with him picking Michael Redd as the MVP of the Eastern conference.

I think Redd is a good player but MVP of the East would have to go to Arenas if you ask me. Even though he started off slow he has made up for it and is becoming more know to basketball fans. Wade has been good but his team is losing. Lebron has also been good and you can make a case for him but I have to go with Arenas. I just think he is a better all around player. He averages more steals, assists, and rebounds then Redd, plus he is just better to watch.
