Dajuan Wagner Has A Philly Tryout

Dajuan Wagner had a tryout with the Sixers last week that supposedly went well, although he has not heard back from them. I have not seen him play but from what I have read he is in condition enough to be back in the league this season. He may be looking at a veterans minimum if he does just so he can prove that his health wont be an issue.

With all the rumor surrounding Iverson, I don’t see why the wouldn’t pick up Wagner. They could get him for under $1 million and use him as sixth man if Iverson stays, and if Iverson goes they can throw him the starting lineup. The guy could probably give them 20 per game with minutes. Who wouldn’t want a 20ppg scorer for a million?
